Refund policy
All items are final sale
Typically, Silly Lily Sweets does NOT offer refunds. We may make exceptions for very few, select cases.
To request a refund, you can contact us at sillylilysweets@gmail.com and provide a detailed description of why you would like a refund. Please provide photos (if possible) & proof of purchase. We retain the right to deny any refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the items are damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or our food products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve made a decision on if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
